Fina delivery problem

I've ordered fina pellets in the past with no problem. i recently wanted to start up a UGL, and I ordered pellets from a trusted site and got an e-mail saying that upon arrival I will need to show documentation of me being a cattle owner. I do live in a rural community where there are farms nearby but, myself don't have one. Has anyone else had this problem? just wondering if this is just a warning they send everyone and it shouldn't be taken seriously...????

i got a call from the site i ordered on saying they need proof too. just never called back and received it no problem. and they included a dmso coupon! thought that was funny

What, the UPS man is going to ask for proof of cattle ownership when the stuff is delivered? The company is just covering their ass.

yeah, now they're saying 3 days later my credit card didn't process correctly... another chance for me to call and prove???? bastards!!!! they're making this too tough

Hope this isnt going to form a trend. I placed an order a few days back no problems. I hope things stay status quo.
