I've switched to a high intensity training program where i work out only two or three times a week hitting each body part for only 2-3 sets max. I've made some good strength gains in the past three weeks with some moderate weight gain (1.5 lbs).
I am very happy with this method of training as opposed to my previous higher volume workouts. I am going to start fina and test in 8 weeks and i am wondering whether I should switch to a higher volume training split when I'm on or whether I should just keep doing what i'm doing.
