how much liquid will one cart of fina pellets produce?

It depends on how many mg/ml you make it. Their is 2000mgs of fina in each cart so if you make it the standard 75mgs it will make about 26ml. but if you make it 100mgs/ml you will only end up with 20ml.

If you have the cart that contains 2000mg tren, then you will yield roughly 25ml of fina, 75mg/ml...
