Fina and Winny Training Days

I'm 6'5" 315lbs 18%bf

I will be doing the folowing cycle (my scond):
Weeks 1-10: Test Enth 800mg
Weeks 5-10: Fina 75mg ed Winny 50mg ed
.5 arimidex throughout

Should I take the Fina and Winny everyday or just lifting days?

You can take fina EOD, but i recommend ED. Take the winstrol ED also.

I'm sure I'm going to take both ed, I just don't know if I take them on my resting days, usually Wednesday and Sunday.

Yes, you take them all days of the week if training or not.
