when do you guys start to notice the fat loss occur? Is there anything specific ur doing? extra cardio, extra low cal's etc........

also when do you notice the physical change in ur body compostion.....

Im just beginning week 2 tomorrow... of 75mgED and 100mg ED prop...

Wow, this cycle is popular. Thats what I am doing too :D I am on week three and I think everything is seriously starting to progress now.

Nothings going to change if you don't eat or train right. Contrary to popular gym lore, tren isn't magic potion. Without proper dietary practices you are only spinning your wheels.

you have to create caloric defecit to promote fat loss; it can be created either through cardio or lowering your caloric intake

with either option, diet is #1 when it comes to fat loss
