Fina and Deca Gyno

I have ran 2 cycles consisting of test and deca both at 500mg a week I got slight soreness and gyno but when I started the Nolvadex it went away. Leading me to believe that it was caused by elevated estragen.

So the Question is, is that my next cycle I am gonna run Fina at 75mg ED Winny50mg ED and Test Prop at 75mg EOD and was wondering since I dont get gyno from Deca does that mean that I am pretty much cool with the fina also?

At that dose, the majority of people who use fina do not get gyno at all. However, you should keep an eye (or finger) on your nips following the cycle because you can get gyno from elevated prolactin levels. The same thing happened to me, but cleared up in a few weeks using 1 gram of vitex per day.

So vitex works? Did you get a lump or just sensitivity?

Vitex worked really well for me...cleared up the small lump very quickly.

Athlete, vitex is OTC, can be picked up at any health food store. Chaste Berry is the more common name.
