THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION BUT IS CARDIO REALLY HELPING WHILE ON FINA OR IS IT BURNING FAT BY ITSELF? HOW MUCH FINA AND CARDIO SHOULD I DO TO SEE GREAT RESULTS????
i am 5 9" 200lbs and after sust 250 my bodyfat went up to 15% I eat 4-5x a day. I eat what i can but probably 75% healthy. I consume about 200+ grams of protien but am unsure about calories nad carbs. I run about 1.5 miles 3-4x week and train 5 days a week
mon- chest abs
tues- back abs
wed- arms
thurs- shoulders abs
fri- off
sat- legs abs
sun off
what do you think i need to do to trim up
i am still taking sust for 3 more weeks and fina for 3 more weeks
