Would it be worth while to run fina alone? I am not looking for any weight gain. I am looking for endurance, and strenght. Should I add a little test.
My worry with adding a little test is gain weight. You see I am haveing a hard time fitting into my racing leathers. I am on hydroxy cut right now, but I know this alone isn't going to cut it. I am doing about 30 minutes of cardio a day, plus weights.
