I'm about to start a test en, dbol, winny cycle and was wondering what would be best to fight dht? preferrably stuff that i can get over the counter.

dbol and winny can both cause hairloss but neither are converted to DHT. So using something that prevents DHT will only help with test.

For this cycle I would recommend using 5% minoxidil solution with azaelic acid (sp ?). The minoxidil is a growth stimulator and can might counter the influence of strong androgens. The azaelic acid prevents dht conversion in the scalp for the testosterone.

You could also use 2% spirolactone solution. Spiro is an anti-androgen that blocks the androgen receptor. So it is effective against any androgen including DHT.

If you are using a lot of test than you might want to include propecia or proscar. Both are the same thing but propecia comes 1mg tabs and proscar in 5mg. You can split the 5mg 4 ways. It is cheaper. Propecia reduces the amount of DHT formed in the body which ultimately effects the hairline. If you are taking a lot of test, then this is helpful for the prostate also.

Some people recommend Nizoral shampoo. It is a weak anti-androgen and is used like spirolactone. Personally I don't like the way it dries out my hair and it also causes my straight hair to have waves in it. Weird.

1mg is fine if you're not on anything...Some go alittle higher when on a test cycle...I personally chop my 5mg pills into 4pieces and if im on a test cycle i take 1/2 of 5mg pills a day...

I never have a problem with hairloss, but..

I personally would use ONLY topicals. Proscar and avodart are
garbage - they work at the expense of having a non-functioning dick!
What good is 2 grams of test if you have no interest whatsoever
in females...

They dont cause limp dick in all people. I had it for the first 3 months and then it went away...

slash747 is right....I've been using proscar for over a year now and never had any problems with it what so ever....
