I want to eat more red meat are the fiber supplements good enough or should I pound the green beans, broccoli, and spinach and leave the supplements out. Currently im on Test/Deca/Winstrol loving it!!!!
 
I have some of the non-flavored powder fiber I add to my morning and night shake. Fiber is very important with the amount of food you would/should be eating. I'm not a big veggie guy, so I supplement my fiber.

not to hijack...can you elaborate about your cycle (dosages, shot frequency..details,details)?

I have thought about that, doing test E & EQ now and i would like to compare the 2

A fiber supplement is very important for EVERYONE, expecially so if you are eating a high protien, low carbohydrate diet

im shooting 375 test 250 deca twica a week and 50mg winstrol ed

Im going to pound the greens AND take the supplements then
 
1) give preference to green leafy fiver first, plus they go well with Protein dishes:)



2) Supplement with fiber supps if needed they do not replace active organic sources rich in nutrients and vitamins

cant beat the macro and micronutrients! I swear this game is not easy!!!!
