hey, I dont have much room for adding calories but was wondering if anybody knew any good ways to add lots of fiber to their diet.

flowerz said:Think of fiber as little wood chips, scraping down through your intestines, sticking to, and cleaning out all the yuck. It might not be absorbed, but it definitely serves a purpose.
