Fiber!

Often overlooked in the array of nutrition components is fiber...i was curious as to where most of you get your fiber (besides oatmeal)....b/c i'm sure a bowl of oatmeal doesn't contain a day's supply of fiber........


and if its cereal, which type?

how much fiber is enough?

I eat a cereal called Fiber One. A serving of it has about 15g of fiber. I just mix a packet of equal or sweet and low in a bowl of milk and then add the cereal. Tastes a lot better that way. LATE
 
i just tried Kellogg's Smart Start...25g of Fiber i believe....i usually eat Bran Flakes (same fiber level)

It seems like a lot of people here are anti-cereal, but I think a bowl in the morning 4 or 5 days a week can be really beneficial.
