Few Questions

Just started 1st cylce
200mg test cyp 200 mg deca e3.5 days

im just wondering how much of this stuff gets passed out of the body in urine?

a strange question i know but when i took a pittle this morning it looked real cloudy

also would alchohol severly reduce the effectiveness as on Saturday im attending a wedding and although drinkning none is not bothering me i wondered if maybe 3 beers would make such a difference

As with any chemical thats put in our body some (even though it could be ever so small) is passed out in urine.

I would recommend u increase test level to atleast 400mg/week if you don't wanna get shutdown. If your gyno sensitive then add an AI. Have your PCT in check.

I don't think drinking 3 beers for one weekend is going to severly reduce the effectiveness of the steroids.
 
three beers will do nothing. Are you looking to compete? If not enjoy yourself and don't make yourself miserable trying to adhere to some super strict code.
 
Contrary to poular belief, 800mgs a week is too much for a 1st timer. The younger generation seems to be used to getting everything quickly without working hard for it. They eat microwaved foods that are done in 2 minutes-where I grew up baking tv dinners in the oven 45 mins. They use a search engine online for 411, where I had to drive to the library, look up a topic in a card catalog, then search through shelves of books to find what I was looking for. Same applies to roids-they procure them online w/ a click of the mouse, where I had to find a trustworthy source in the gym personally-hoping I didn't ask the wrong person and get my ass kicked. Now the norm is also these 1000mg/wk 1st cycles.

I've said this a bazillion times before, and I will say it again now. I grew like a weed on 200-400 mgs/wk for years. It allowed me to learn how to train and diet properly for the gains I desired. These days the inexperienced guys use excess amounts of AS that their body can't use. They also put themselves at risk for getting joint injuries, as tendon strength doesn't develop as quickly as muscle strength does.

However, using higher mgs does eliminate the much of the guesswork involved in dieting/training. If you want gains the easy way, and you don't have the desire to learn how to make steady, keepable, gains over time, and you aren't concerned about wasting $, go with the high mgs. Otherwise I'd say cut your dosages in half and carry on.

I've been around AS 20+ yrs and have used them for 17 yrs myself. I have city,state, and regional BB titles(shameless sucking of my own cock-I know. Just want street cred after I spit my opinion) and I'm in good health. You can choose to listen to me, or one of these new school high mg guys. It's your body, your choice.

my 1st cycle was deca only(ill educated i know). my point being that i used 200mg/wk and gained 26lb's in 8 weeks and kept most, if not all of my gains.
so i agree, keep the doses as low as possible at first.

Awesome bro! However sides like Deca- Dick might scare some newbs from using it w/o test as a 1st run. In retrospect you'll probably agree 100-200 mgs of deca stacked with 100-200 mgs of enanthate/weekly or bi weekly might have been a better choice? My 1st cycle was 1 Sos 250/wk and 20-30 mgs dbol/day and I gained 40 unripped lbs, but I didn't have access to the 411 the guys here have cuz there was no internet or any published 411 on AS use back then. I had to go by the word of the local gym gurus-which was almost like the blind leading the blind. A day doesn't go by w/o me reading some shit on here about some guy's mega mg cycle and shaking my head in disbelief.

All I have to say is lets see a pic of these high mg users 5 yrs from now. 99% of them will be fat, balding, married guys with narrow shoulders, wide asses, and skinny calves that don't even workout anymore.

i do wish i'd taken test alongside the deca for sure! i got 'deca dick' AFTER cycle and didnt do pct so it took me a while to recover naturally. as i did almost no research at all before that cycle i wondered what the fuck was happening! until i found out about the dreaded deca dick. by that time it was too late! if only i knew what i know now!
oh well. note to all newbs; RESEARCH FIRST!!!!

its all very true... being in this new generation myself, all i hear about is high dosages now. Truth be told, low dosages less sides and great gains..
