I'm currently on it. It's an anti-aromatise which means it bascially blocks the conversion process of test into estrogen. Some blockage is good for preventing estrogenic sides but too much isn't. Not just for overall muscle growth but for health purposes as well since it lowers the good cholesterol in your blood. Basic pill or cc dose is at 2.5mg. Half life is 50 hours. Now you can take in half of this dose or even a quarter depending on your cycle. Take it eod or even every other other day and it will still be effective. Are you using it post cycle or during a cycle to help keep off estrogenic side effects?

Depending on what you are using it with the dosage may vary...For me an example cycle of test 500 mg/week with dbol 25 mg/day I would use 2.5 mg of femara eod...

Thanks for the info guys. He is using liquidfem. He will be doing a cycle of Test enth 500mg EW and EQ 400mg EW for 10 weeks.
