Female Sexuality

Hello Ladies,

With many of the recent Elite Fitness News emails being about male sexuality (enhancing libido, potency, etc.) we have had many requests to write about the latest advances in female sexuality.

Next weeks EFN will be about several new devices and drugs that women can use to enhance arousal, desire, and improve the frequency and quality of the woman’s orgasm.

In writing the article, it would be great to hear your feedback about your experiences with any of the following:

Testosterone
Viagra
Tribulus
Andro
Wellbutrin
Topical Creams
Vibrators
Adult Video’s for Women

Any comments about enhancing a woman’s pleasure would be appreciated. And, be sure to look out for the article next week in Elite Fitness News!

girls dont wanna tell you this George..they want you to figure the shit out for yourself..so when your lying there they will be going "thats no iiiiit"...good try though bro

George- Do you get the feeling that the ladies have you on their ignore list?

I guess I 'll start the ball rolling for those who may be too shy about posting such intimate details of their sexuality.

A wise woman told me once that when it comes to sex ladies need to start thinking MORE like men. I learned later in life that this is so true. I allowed myself the freedom of enjoying sex without all the emotional crap that us ladies tend to dwell on. LEAVE ALL THE EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE OUTSIDE THE BEDROOM DOOR! Enjoy the act for what it is- sheer pleasure and release of stress!

You asked about video's/vibrators- I for one am a huge fan of soft/hard porn and "toys". There is nothing more wonderful than knowing your own body and what it responds too . Masterbation is the BEST way to allow that side of her to unfold for herself and HER MAN! There are many great devices . For all the ladies that may be timid about buying from their local adult bookstore- go online. I happen to enjoy a device called THE RABBIT. Fantasy is KEY for a great sex life and the "toys" aid the journey.

Fitness also is key. I found that once I started working out I became even more sexual. All the blood flowing to the right areas can highten arousal !!!!

In closing, if I ever get to the place where my sex drive wains, I'll be doing whatever it takes to get back on track!

I agree MrMuscle and Vixenbabe, women do not want to discuss this. I think this is unfortunate, because there is so many research dollars being spent to improve male pleasure, and not nearly as much on female pleasure. There are four Viagra alternatives in the pipeline, but not too much for women. I will write about what I know is out there, but if anyone else knows about any recent advances, I hope they will share.

Oh, and thank you WarLobo for not moving this thread.

Not that I don't want to talk about it George - just thinking about what I want to say. Are you wanting to know from the perspective of the gals on this board or a more mainstream view - I believe there is a huge difference. Our approach for fitness carries over into our approach to sex.
For me it has always been good because I have a partner who made me tell him what I wanted specifically very early in our relationship. There is alot of validity in what Mr. Muscle said but there are also alot of men who think they are great lovers and really aren't interested in learning. Guys, make her tell you what she wants!
A few years ago I did suffer libido problems and went to my doc about it - his solution was to give me estrogen which I turned down. In view of what a little anavar has done for me I really think he should have offered me some test but this is something that I think most family practitioners are hestitant to do. Probably 90% of women would benefit greatly from some male hormones but for some reason the medical community does not seem to think female drive and orgasm is nearly as important as it is in the male.
As for sex toys - we own a few but use them rarely.

I agree

I agree with temple01. It's all about communication. Videos and vibrators are fine, and even fun, but they're really only fun with someone else, for me--adding an element of naughtiness. You can't get me going with toys if you are pissing me off in some other way, so talk to me, and listen to what I have to say.

Actually, as temple says, I (and I bet others of us who have the body-centric fitness thing going on) am not shy about telling what I want, but in general most women I know won't tell you what they want, because they are afraid of seeming "slutty" or whatever. Pretty sad, considering that most guys (and girls) I know are turned on by talk.

The other really important things are time -- take your time with us. I am a slow starter, but when a partner takes the time to start me slow, that's a whole nother story. Although a nice wham, bam, grinding heaving quickie can be fun once in a while too.

Which brings up another point -- variety. Nothing grates on me than routines. Be a little inventive, spontaneous.

What do you mean by Andro in your list, George? like prohormones? Sorry, I'm new at this.

Also, I find it interesting that temple01 and others have said that anavar has been good (or at least not bad) for their sex drive, but that the listing in the reference material here says that anavar can cause decreased libido. This may be off topic though, but am I misunderstanding, or do different women react differently, some getting more and some less libido?

Videos definately do not turn my girlfriend on, it's the absolute opposite, they actually repulse her. As far as test, that failed to increase her libido as well. Although as tnhey said the silver bullet and its brethren REALLY do the trick! I would have to give them two thumbs up, or in,(sorry for the pun, but I had to). Hey tnhey good to see ya around.

videos

well, sure a lot of the videos out there are nasty and not cool, but the stuff on like the playboy channel does the trick sometimes...That's fairly explicit on Sat nites, by the way...
