Sassy69 New member Oct 9, 2001 #2 "Decent bodyfat" for a woman -- I think the average is around 23%?? I"ve got a friend who is my height and 5% more bodyfat than me, but lighter than me. She's got a cute shape - no fat, but no muscle.
