felt good..

just the other day at the gym, there was pretty big dude. in fact, he's (next to one or two others maybe) the only guy i've seen coming into the gym that looks like he lifts weights. while i was warming up on the stationery bike, he was doing concentration curls with some pretty heavy weight. shitty form. but i thought to myself; whoa, this guy is pretty strong. when i was through warming up and stuff, i proceeded to outlift the dude on nearly EVERY exercise (which i did not expect to do, given his size). which felt quite good. i found the look on his face pretty funny when he had to adjust the pin on the machines, and what made it even better was that he must have had 20 to 40 pounds on me, he was a couple inches shorter too. i'm probably about 6 years younger than him too. it felt so good, had a GREAT workout that day.
just tought i'd share my little personal triumph in the gym, what about some of yours? lets hear em
