One thing I have learned with this cycle,4w Dbol, 10w 400mg Cyp and 400mg EQ, Fina ED 6w is that you grow easier but you are able to work out MUCH harder with a lot more weight, thus taxing the body more. You do recover quicker but you have more recovering to do.
What I am saying is when you prepare for a cycle you need to be preparing for hard work in order to get the most out of it. I mean harder workouts than you have ever done.
I have puked from working legs so I know how to work out hard but today was something different. Dangerous in fact! I was alone today and didn't have a spot around, so I got on a football type hack squat plate loaded machine in the forward position with my feet way back so most of the weight was on my quads. I did three sets and on the third set with the normal weight I will usually almost fail at eight I did twelve. Something came over me (the juice and the right music on my headphones for the mood). I slapped two more 45's and forgetting to put on my belt, slipped up under the pads and started to go at it fully focused, ignorantly confident, and totally oblivious to the weight I had just slapped on there. "And I got your kiss still burning on my lips" the Cult sang as I entered my eighth rep. "Burns so deep in side of me baby" thru the ninth, and then the tenth and eleventh. In total bliss ( it was beautiful for the moment by the way, pure weightlifting essence) I went down for my twelfth deep rep and all but stuck. I grunted ridiculously; unwilling to give up for 30seconds in that failed position. Towards the end of that 30 seconds I started to realize I was not going to make and the only way was down. I was thinking the machine was going to bottom out and I could just lay back out of it. It didn't! So there I am with my ass on my heels crying for help for at least another 30 seconds until this older man and lady helped me get out. I was panting like a crack head who just ran up football bleachers. I came so close to passing out, everything was hazy. The lady said " you are as white as a ghost, are you alright"? I said with short words each being between at least two deep breaths,
"Have to work heavy and hard to grow!"
