I've gone down 3 notches on my belt in the past 2 1/2 months or so, I'm actually down to the last notch and will need a new belt pretty soon (maybe even a new wardrobe). Not sure what that translates to in pounds or bf%, I just haven't bothered with any of that in a while. It feels pretty fucking good yo, I think I'll eat some pizza and ice cream to celebrate!

That's a keeper.

Sorearms - about f'ing time. You've been here long enough and you have all the knowledge you should be swole by now.
my biggest problem aside from overcoming injuries has been diet consitency. I would run a cutting diet and loose weight, but then my strength would go down so I'd change my diet and increase cals (and carbs). I'd gain strength and muscle mass, but then I'd be too fat, so I'd change my diet back to a cutting one, and so on. Now I'm just sticking to a cutting diet until I get down to some acceptable level of body fat before I try to build mass and strength again.

sounds like a good plan to me. sometimes its best to shoot for one goal before going all out on the other goal IMHO. :coffee:

Congrats, fellow chubster. I'm down from 254 to 239...on my way to 225.

Sounds like a good plan. Congrats on the lost weight thus far.

Congrats Soregut bro. I'm down from 264lbs to 203lbs in 7 months, saying I feel like a new me is an understatement

Whoa! That's awesome bro! What are you taking/using to help or are you jsut dieting? I need to loose about 20-25lbs of fat before I consider changing my diet for gains, again. Right now I'm just doing it through diet and upped the cardio but I'm thinking of getting on the clen train soon.
