feelings...

hi bros.... just a question here... How would a person feel like the day after you have a training during a rest day for recovery. Would you feel normal or would your muscles feel a little tensed? And if you feel normal des it mean you have fully recovered? How do you know when you have fully recovered? And during training days, how much must you train until? when your muscles can hardly lift another load or when you feel the muscles alittle tensed up? or issit when you feel like you gonna faint or issit when every load you lift makes you shake until you have to have say "grrrr" to lift the load and to ease the pain? hmmm... anyone can help me?

I am usually the most sore 48 hours after I work out. Everyone is different. Personally, I don't believe in training a body part more than once a week. I know people who train the same body part as many as 3 times a week. I think they are idiots, but hey. Gauge it on how you feel. If you are getting weaker instead of stronger, maybe you should re-evaluate your plan. Just because you are not sore anymore, doesn't mean that you are fully recovered. As far as how hard to train. It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Some people train to failure, some people train beyond failure (forced reps) and some people stop just before failure. You just gotta see what works for you.

it all depends on how much volume you do. the poeple who work each body part three times a week use relatively low volume compared to those who train a bodypart once a week. try some variations out to see what works best.

general rule of thumb, never work the same bodypart on consecutive, regardless of volume.

There's some evidence that muscle protein synthesis (ie growth) only lasts two days after a bout of exercise. Recovery of strength and soreness may take much longer because those are related to the nerve-muscle link.

Despite the evidence, and yes I've read the same thing. Doms is usually set in for me around 30 and may last a day or so. I really wonder about the intensity of effort with this 2 day protein systhesis thing.
