Diet is suffering BAD! Haven't trained since Thursday

Woke Friday morning .. couldn't hold a thing down... A girl at the office must have passed on her virus to me .. grr.. Loaded up on Water and Pedialite and by Friday night felt a bit better.. Saturday felt good, then Started down hill agian this evening.. I could feel it coming on about noonish and its been all down hill since then.

Feels like my throat is closing in on me... slight sniffle overall crappy feeling.

Im guessing its allergies (which i barely ever get) or just a cold. Hope its not the flu

Sorry to hear you're sick. I felt like that for 3 weeks. Finally started to feel better Thursday. I just didn't rest during the first two weeks. Trust me, rest, take lots of vitamin C, etc.
