I felt like an animal in the gym today strength was incredible. I started @ 192lbs up 9lbs in 2 weeks. Noticed mild strength increase first 1-2 weeks but today was insane.
Only problem i'm having is getting cals in. I have to force my self to eat its difficult I just don’t feel hungry most the time... any advise on this?


This is what im running:

AI - L-dex 0.5mg/eod x 10 weeks

TEST - Andropen275 2.0ml/ew x 10 weeks
DECA - Decabol250 400mg/ew x 10 weeks

T3 25mcg/ed / Liquiclen 40mcg/eod / Test Prop 100mg/eod - week 9
T3 50mcg/ed / Liquiclen 60mcg/eod / Test Prop 100mg/eod - week 10
T3 50mcg/ed / Liquiclen 80mcg/eod / Test Prop 100mg/eod - week 11
T3 25mcg/ed / Liquiclen 100mcg/eod / Test Prop 100mg/eod - week 12

PCT 3 days after last prop shot
HCG 1000ius/eod 10 Days
Clomid 100mg/ed - week 1
Clomid 50mg/ed - week 2
Clomid 50mg/ed - week 3
 
Try drinking a majority of your calories if it's tough eating them. After years of cramming down 2+ cans of tuna a day I would rather put a can of tuna in the blender w/ diet coke or crystal lite and slam it like a mug of Samuel Adams. It's gross, but quicker than choking it down w/ a fork. Then again, I used to drink the nasty ass protien powders available at GNC in the late 80's. That shit tasted like diareah compared to MetRx, Myoplex, etc. Where there's a will there's a way.

Are you using a weight gainer drink? I like Heavyweight 900 by Champion Nutrition(chocolate flav). I add a scoop or two of Whey Protien to up the protien content. If you mix it w/ milk, a banana, and a few ice cubes you'll be lovin' it. It's not bad mixed w/ water either.

thats my method too.....blend up what i can and drink it as fast as i can so i don't have to endure the taste!
 
I thought I was the only one, but I guess not.. Use a blender for everything! Youd be amazed what you can drink down.. Then you can get ready for your fear factor interview..

If you have trouble eating then I suggest some B12 injections 3x a week bro, it will increase hunger and energy.

Does b12 help you with that? I use b12 injections all summer long, and it doesnt do that with me..

Try some Methyl B12 3x times a week bro at max dosage, it works
 
Thanks a lot I just used the blender with a can of tuna texture is a little funny but its bearable. I will get some weight gainer tomorrow. And about running the clen every other day my body seems to react better that way, I have tried every day in the past and it makes me a little to lethargic at work

Heres what you do:

1 can tuna
2 cups pineapple juice
1tbsp Soy sauce
2tbsps Peanut Butter

Jam it all in a blender and blend, then drink, I can annihilate 2 cans of tuna in about 3 secs
