In case its an infection, you may want to drop the clen untill you feel better, running a fever on clen cant possibly be tolerable.

just remember that those cold medicines contain Acetaminophen, which does put strain on your liver. Do a search on it.
I don't think a couple of days is going to hurt, but wouldn't use it a lot. You should also be checking your blood pressure and temperature. Drink lots of water and take extra Vitamin C.
