Feel like shit on d-bol

Cripes man! I do NOT feel good. This d-bol is taking it right outta me. I feel tired and queasy and I don't think I'm going to be able to get to the gym today. Hope this doesn't continue or else I'm going to have to give up on the d-bol. Anyone else had this and have any tips or tricks to get through?
 
When I was on d-bol it made me tired and I never felt like I had any energy. Everyone else seems to get alot of energy from it, but not me.
 
I know what you mean man. I was so tired and depressed on dbol. A few ripped fuels before your workouts should do the job. Stay positive!
 
yes dball has that effect on me too.i feel tired all day lng, i loss my appetite and my back hurts like hell.now that i think of it, why do i even bother with it besides the 20 pounds of water in 4 weeks that it gives me
 
I have headaches and feel like on shit unless I do 20mg or less, A50 is much worse for me, I retain water real bad on both. I tend to avoid them both these days.
 
From what I understand, Dbol lowers your blood glycogen levels. Hence the reason for tiredness. This happens b/c all the available glycogen is being pumped into your muscles.
Keep a high water intake and the carbs up.

It happens to me throughout the day. I feel a little sleepy around early afternoon time it only lasts for an hour or so until I eat again.
 
That's news to me. If that's true then that's another reason why all the extra calories don't get stored as fat much, on d-bol at least. I did lower my carbs a bit the last couple days as I upped my protein more and am trying to minimize fat spill-over. Thanks and where did you hear that?

That makes a lot of sense. The fact that some people complained about low appetite and not eating probably exacerbated the problem.
 
To be honest I forget the actual source/site. It was on anabolics.com or anabolicsreview.com site. It has listings of all the drugs and they're uses and symptoms etc... Dbol sticks in my mind cause I did a lot of research before I started my current cycle.
 
I get the same on Dbol. I feel tired and it is a struggle to get to the gym.
What works for me and not sure if it is with everyone but i always take 10mg of Nolva per day when on Dbol (i always do 50 - 60mg perday Dbol when on cycle). i find this keeps a lot of the water off and tends to make me feel better.
Also 3 hours before training i always pop 10mg Dbol then another 10mgDbol approx 1 hour before the rest at approx 4 hour intervals for full daily dosage). 1/2 hour before Carb shake.
By the time you have warmed up and starting tp push then the pump / rush really hits and you will never have a workout like it.

As i say it works for me and find the gains are easier to keep as not all water (due to Nolva). next time i will be trying Armidex as hard to get in Uk but meant to be better and not hinder gains as much (approx 1/4 per day i estimate).

Hope this helps mate as i love Dbol and this method i seem to get the best from it.

Hey Wrongun, I've got 10mg Ttokkyo d-bols. I'm only taking 25mg/day. Low blood glucose levels sounds like the culprit. That pretty much sums up how I feel. I actually feel quite a bit better now and will at least be able to hit the gym. I think I'll pop some eca before too just to be on the safe side. Fuck though, I felt really badly earlier today. It's all part of the game though. I'm only on day 5 with the d-bols as well and the shit is evidently kicking in. I've already had some nice strength increases but not anything special in the way of pumps. Thanks. Let's bump this for some input from uou!:D
 
Not a big fan of dbol myself. Especially over 30mg/day.

no sleep
lower back pain
overall feel like ass
 
Hey Hacker, you made an interesting point there.
Lower back pain while on Dbol???

I was running today and it was the first time since i started the dbol 3 weeks ago. And man did my back SEIZE up!!!! I could not hardly walk afterwards. I bend over to stretch my back out and didn't think I was going to be able to stand up straight again!!

Why does Dbol do that? And will it stop when I come off?

my problem came in the after phase, when i came off is when i started feeling like shit, when i was on though, it was great. i did what the 1st guy who posted suggested though, i took 2 ripped fuel caps before my workouts also. helped a great deal.

It will stop when you discontinue it.

The reason is it pumps up every muscle in your body. My fingers hurt typing when on dbol. lol

I couldn't imagine running. My toes would hurt.

I guess i must just be lucky as get none of the above. I do feel tired and is a struggle to motivate sometimes but as i said when i do get going i get the best workouts / pumps.

I have just this week started to add Anavar 40mg per day with Dbol (60mg perday). The theory is that at the end of the week when i stop Dbol and start Clomid therapy and Clen as well i will up Anavar to 50mg. This should mean i start to take some fat of and keep most of mass & Strength. Not tried this before but my experiment of Winny & Dbol has gone well so by adding Anavar before Dbol finnishes should mean i keep strength all way through.

Just a theory but i would like the view of Amaf (UOU) as i am sure he knows better. As soon as he tells me how to close a vial then i can prepare my next cycle for when this one ends LOL:D

Hey Nathan, try what I do. When on a strong mass cycly like the one that you are on, I always check my blood glucose level every time I start to feel tired or sick. That is really the best way in my opinion. You should be able to get a glucometer at your local pharmacy. Let me know what you think.

Yeah I have the same sleepy problem but none of the other sides. Wrongun I am also doing a winny&Dbol cycle. What dosages are you using and what kind of gains have you? Also how long? Later

Thanks, that's good advice. How much does a glucometer generally cost though? I spent way more than I should have on my cycle and won't even pay for some new underwear which I sorely need. The pairs I have left have no ass and are hanging on to the waist band by threads. It's actually quite sexy, I assure you. :D
 
ha this is so funny, just last week I posted a question for my lifting partner. He has been sleeping for like 4 hours during the afternoon. What kind of Dbol are all of you using???? He is doing 25mgs a day and I am doing 50 and he is much more tired than I am. Huh must me real though :)
 
Oh, it's real alright. I've got lower back pumps, a little water retention I believe, and strength seems to be going up about 3 reps on almost every exercise so far. I feel fine now and got through my workout alright. Others seem to have the same problem as well. How's the gyno? Have you concluded that it is in fact gyno at this point?
 
I'm using Naposim 5mgs tabs. 5 or 6 a day depending if I remember to take them every 3 hours!
Low back pain, sleepy during the afternoon and water retention are all sides.
Shit even my feet are hurting now from walking.
My friend's on the same shit and he's complaining of sore neck!
Whatever next???
 
Het man, I've got a sore neck as well. WTF? That can't be the d-bol. It almost feels like I've pulled something on the left side running from my neck to the top of my shoulder. It came on about mid-day and I did legs the day before so I haven't been able to figure out what it could be except maybe having a split pull from sleeping or looking at the computer screen in an awkward position too long at work.
 
Im currently taking 50mg of ttokkyo 10's and feel fine. It's only been a week though But My energy level is up, My strength is up, and my workouts are great. Im also taking proviron.

My diet consists of alot of protein(steak, chicken, pork, basically anything i can put on the bbq) and some protein shakes too.

I am getting very sore but im also training much harder now. I'll let you guys know how i feel after a couple of weeks. I Can't wait because that's when I'll start my winny/fina/eq.

1 - 6 weeks T3 (pyramid max 100mcg)
1 - 8 weeks Dbol (50 - 60mg ED)
1- 8 weeks Winny (50mg ED)
1-8 weeks (10mg Nolva ED)

7 - 16 weeks Anava (50mg ED)
8 - 12 weeks Clomid
8 - 16 weeks Armidex 1/4 tab ED
8 - 10 weeks Clen
10 - 12 weeks E/C/A
12- 14 weeks Clen
14 - 16 weeks E/C/A

just coming to week 8 and so far:

Strength big increases
18lbs weight (solid with very little water if any)
Anavar starting to kick in but hope to get effect by next week

Will lwt you know how i finnish as i hope to keep at least 16lbs as all very solid.

Remember that the D-Bol is hard on the kidneys and liver...So the lower back pain is probably a result of that. I had the same lower back pain as well...Once I started my milkthistle and cranberry it went a way. Also pound the hell out of the water and take that glutamine.

yup i have the back pain...taking milk thisle and a large glass of water clears its up in no time...RADAR
 
also about these aches & pains i pulled my rotator cuff in my shoulder last tues doing dumbell flys...now come mon my right knee is fu@@ED from squats!!!! guess i'll take a week or 2 off before starting back up!!!:mad: RADAR

I feel like I'm falling apart things keep getting so sore. It's mainly my shoulder and I can't for the life of me figure out why. I got a slight pain in my right mid-abdomen for an hour or so today only when I would take a step with my right leg (gone now). Been feeling tired and shit due to d-bol. My left forearm hurt today doing deads with the straps - had to back off deads today. Nothing is serious and I think I'm just going to have to lay-off a couple of particular exercises. Damn.

....the back pain thing comes as news to me. I just finished my D phase about 2 weeks ago and while on I had to rest for like 5min inbetween every set of deadlifts that i did because my lower back was so pumped up that i could barely stand, this now makes sense :)
FWIW I was already taking milk thistle so I can say that it didn't help me with the back pain, but I'm happy to report that after a couple of weeks of winni this problem is gone.... ;)
