Feel like posting your favorite proteing combo for Protein Factory?

Hey guys...I was wondering if you could state your favorite protein compilation available from protein factory. They go by percentage apparently....I like the P.M. protein version for slow release into the blood stream. I was thinking of going with them or getting Dorian's MRP and Protein supplement. Thanks for any help.

Pure crossflow.... mix it with water preworkout/postworkout or with milk throughout the day. The protein in milk is 80% casienate.
