ah i've got a cold and due to the bank holiday i have only trained once this week and to be honest i don't think i'll be OK to train tommorow. i've been training two years and other than one week when i was on holiday i never miss training or i train at least three times a week i feel kinda guilty
 
Believe me, many on here can relate to this, but time off is needed, please trust me when I say "you will be just fine and your body will appreciate a little rest". Training today or tomorrow is not going to make or break you. Relax, take care of yourself and own the gym next week. peace
