Stats 30 yo, 5'11'', 150 #'s, been working out for the past 2 years with some results but nothing exceptional, I finally decided on a cycle and here is my 12 week Diet, Cycle and training plan, please feel free to comment on it, I will start this program on September 4th.

some people like to taper the dbol, but i don't. i would say run it 5 weeks at 30 mg's a day. some people differ, and it's only my opinion take it for what it is, an opinion.
 
I must be reading your diet chart wrong.

3 eggs contains 40 grams of protein and only 2 grams of fat????
 
hell no! that looks horrible. yogurt for breakfast. u are 155 pounds at 5'11, u need to gain weight. u need to be eating 10 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, and 4 servings of oatmeal for breakfast. if u need more info on a diet pm me. but i take it from your weight that u have no bodyfat, or you have no muscle. either way u need to eat as many calories as possible. esspecially when u are on a cycle!!! and 3 egg whites contain 3.5-4 grams of protein, while 2 large eggs contain anywhere from 18-24 grams of protein.

yeah and 6oz of chicken do not contain more than 35gm protein :confused: but then again i dont think you need more than 200gm protein a day if you are onlt 150 lbs im 216lbs and grow on only 180-220gm a day
