I am helping one of my friends with a diet, she is 15 5'4 or so and 135pds, What diet would you suggest best for her? I was thinking of a Keto diet, x bodyweight times 11 , 1485 calories for her, Lots of veggies and protein. Carb up every 7thday. How much should a carb up be? I did a search couldn't find much. Like how many carbs and how many calories for carbs? Thanks
