I am helping one of my friends with a diet, she is 15 5'4 or so and 135pds, What diet would you suggest best for her? I was thinking of a Keto diet, x bodyweight times 11 , 1485 calories for her, Lots of veggies and protein. Carb up every 7thday. How much should a carb up be? I did a search couldn't find much. Like how many carbs and how many calories for carbs? Thanks

Well, for a start, what are her goals?? It'd be alot easier to design a diet if I knew what she wanted to achieve ;-) Post her basic goals, and we can come up with somethin for her for sure!
 
Lose some weight, be toned. What every girl wants. : )

Was gonna have her start doing dumbell excercises aswell.
