Feedback on some mp3 players

What are the best flash mp3 players out right now? I need flash cause i do a lot of running..right now i have an iriver 256mb (its' old), and i want something wtih a bit more space (although i do love the iriver).

are the 1gb flash players the largest out now?

The iPOD nano is flash and is availible up to 4 gb. My bro just got one and it's fuggin tits.

iPODs get mixed reviews in terms of longevity. If you get an armband I don;t think it would matter too much what kind of player you got.

I don't think it's flimsy at all- just small.
