Not that risky if it cannot be sniffed by standard drug dogs and if you package it right. But not something to be descussed openly in anyway outside of a theoretical sense.
FYI: the government does NOT need a warrant to open a FED-EX package like they would one sent via USPS. This is because the courts have determined that you have a lesser expectation of privacy in it.
I'd just be careful about packing. I used to work at UPS and had several padded envolopes of pills get torn open by the machines. Of course, in order to keep the money coming in, the stuff has to get delivered so I just taped them up and out they went. Had someone else found them...who knows?
