1) Genepharm 5mg tabs
2) BD 5mg tabs
3) BD 10mg tabs
Never tried any injects but QV Stanol and that hurt too much to do more than 2-3 pokes, I drank it after that. If I had the money for some nice smooth zambons or something that would go through a 27g and wouldn't hurt too much, I'd try it, but for me, it's tabs all the way right now.
