i was using Mind Body Innovations Synergy Protein, 56gs's , but man does that shit tear up my stomach and give me gas, plus it just stuffs me. So i'm back to the Sci-Fit
44g's just whey and lots of aminos. very light and non gassy. i do use MBI's cee and Nitric Oxide though, good stuff.

People will likely laugh or flame me, but my favorite protein is actually GNC brand. I absolutely freakin love it. The banana creame and mixed berry flavors are so damn good. I used to use ON and AllTheWhey, but I was out and had to buy some at GNC. Since then, I've been using their stuff. The price honestly isn't that bad if you buy it the first week of the month. And heck, with a great taste like this, I personally don't mind even if I do pay a couple extra bucks here or there.

The proteins also mix well with pretty much evertying. I put two scoops in my oatmeal every morning. I also put it yogurt, pudding, etc. Its absolutely freaking amazing.

I used to be one of the GNC haters too, but when it comes to these two flavors of protein, I can't say enough. I just picked up a 1lb bag of chocolate caramel the other day to try. I'm hoping its just as good.

I'm going to try the Isopure zero carb strawberry proteing. If it taste too nasty, i'll mix in some muscle milk with it.

I love ON and Universal Pro Whey for their taste.
But in terms of quality, the best is Isopure imo.

Stop crying about the taste of isopure, just take it

i use the champion nutrition whey stack myself.. tastes good, mixes well... plus the added no tellling what else is in there... i drink so much in the way of protein shakes though, this was a fairly cheap mix...

i just got the isolate strawberry from allthewheydotcom.....taste aint too bad....i always have bad experiences from chocolate.....
the best part is "trace" fat, "<1" carbs and 26g prot per scoop.....

MBI's Synergy protein is the bomb. 56 grams of whey, egg, and casein isolate at 56 grams is crazy. 5.5lbs it's a dirt cheap bargain too. Digest's easy for me also.
