Mix water drained white albacore with italian season breadcrumbs 1-2 eggs (w or wo yolk) 4 fingers of lofat mozzeralla
a teaspoon of flower ans some oinion soup/dip mix. Mix thouroughly and press into burgers for the forman grill-mikey

I just mix it with regular mayo. I don't mind the fat. Fat makes you big!

i sometimes added salsa to my tuna. its not bad.
now i put in dijon mustard right in the can with it. its pretty good, just had a can now. no fishy taste at all, actually the dijon mustard is kinda spicey.
now i just need a recipe for cottage cheese

quckest and easiest...throw serveral eggs in the microwave...2 minutes later mix the tuna with it...add ketchup and parmesan cheese...mmmm mmmm good
