Some of the shit out there just tastes like puke. Who makes the best - and what flavour?

I've stuck with Ultimate Nutrition (chocolate) for a while. What else is worth spending on for a 5lb tub?

I like the vanilla w/2% or Chocolate Carb Countdown, myself. You can mix anything you want into it to change the flavor, too.

I just wish that it mixed better. I always have to lick the spoon to get all the crud off and it always sticks to the glass.

get yourself a shaker cup

i use a nalgene bottle to make my shake

the optimum mixes up quite easily with some solid shaking

YUP, just with the choc mint came in 10 pound bags.

I usually go for the 5lb'ers as I like the mint better.
