Not only does it have a high amount of BCAA's in it as well as added glutamine but one serving contains half of the recommended daily allowance for all the basic vitamins and minerals including calcium. 50 grams of non-lactose great tasting even in water protein.

ALA, Creatine (i use cheap ass Simply creatine by EAS), and Whey Supreme by WorldWide 24grams protein 2grams carbs...tastes good and thin easy to drink....plus its only 15$ for a 2lb tub.
