lol, funny. I think quad shots are a piece of cake, yet pec shots.

You are the exact opposite.

I remember my first quad shot crippled me though. Not sure why -- hasn't happened since though.

Quads are just so damn easy. They don't really hurt either. Glutes are nice, but damn hard to reach.
