DId arms today and after doing bis my pump was absolutely insane. i have never been this pumped before, it was so pumped it hurt!! I can only imagine what its like to be on gear and to feel those pumps!

But my favorite muscle would be back, because I love doing it. I want it the size of a barndoor!

Shoulders, nothing like the feeling of a good shoulder pump.
Chest and arms are a close second.

Dont realy have a fav muscle now but it used to be legs. My legs just seem to grow and grow
