Forma was my choice but Hella is from what was listed....smooth sailing, hardening, fatloss, and great strength with no gains.

I love the Forma.. I had a pretty good time with Beastdrol but I can see myself buying forma again and again

Run that stuff for 4 weeks, taper off slowly another 2 weeks and you will look beastly.
