Protein shake(healthy choice ice cream, skim milk, few scoops EAS simply powder), drink that with some baked beans(bush's fat free original flavor are my fav) and a couple pieces of chicken(i cut them up small and mix them in a bowl with a little salsa) and you got yourself quite a meal.
Steak & sweet potato 3 steaks a day and have done as many a 6 T-bones daily for alonnnng time. also eat a couple of lobsters 3 times a week dont know if it helps me grow or not though
I make a killer lasagna with ground sirloin, lowfat cottage cheese, fat free cheese topping and mozzarella that tastes awesome and is relatively healthy. It's not a diet food but I could eat it every day while bulking.
