So, when you're looking to gain muscle on a clean bulk and avoid unnecessary fat gain, what's your favorite ratio of carbs to protein to fats?

I'd say 50, 30, 20 would be the closest to mine. I've said before that I only count protein closely, since I'm not aiming for 3% BF. Carbs are you body's main fuel source, and protein builds and sustains muscle. Healthy fats are definatly necessary, but fats are the least needed and have over double the cals per g.
 
I actually voted 60,25,15.
Right now, I'm super active overall, could likely easily use the energy and the diet is very clean, so I'm going to take that for a test drive.
