Favorite bulking diet

Post your favorite bulking diets. Like ideas for new meals.... Tired of eating the same ole, same ole....

I don't know bro I mean I just eat a lot of food and pretty much whats around but the basics I make sure I have are:

-tuna/mayo sandwhich...I love this and eat everyday
-steak and rice
-beans and 3 whole eggs
-chicken breast with the skin....so tasty maybe make a chicken sandwich
-skim milk/protein powder with bread spread with pb and honey
-fruits like pineapple, bananas, apples, papaya, etc to increase calories
-nuts like almonds, peanuts, etc to increase calories as above
-bread bread bread...also adds calories make yourself some sammiches lol

I just don't eat as clean when bulking lot more whole eggs, chicken with skin (not always) and eat random crap like ice cream, cookies, pizza here and there. It's almost impossible for me to get in enough calories from like stuff egg whites and plain old tuna..lol. Gotta dirty it up a little bit
 
you honestly really do have to dirty it up a little to get big imo. i was kidding about McDonalds 4 times a week but i know a guy who hits it 6 times a week and gains alot of weight and then cuts in the summer.

Don't doubt it at all but the thing is, I for some reason just don't like fast food otherwise I would eat what you suggested..lol

The thing is that with some steroids your hunger will go through the roof and only high calorie meals will satiate you. You will naturally just wanna eat more. You can get away with eating some junk since you won't likely be looking forward to stuffing your face with plain old oats and egg whites every day.

Just gauge the quality of the weight your gaining and if its too much fat clean it up a bit.

• Bread (white,loaf,$3.39): 1300 calories,40g protein,230g carbohydrates,25g fat

Daily Totals: $9.97,4496 calories,236g protein,434g carbohydrates,213g fat

This will do in a pinch or if you don't cook. What do you guys think?

hahaha thats awesome.

I'm somewhat lactose intolerant and eating so many eggs would cause me to have a leaky ass. But if someone can handle that daily than by all means...

you might be single by the time its over but it will put some weight on you lol :D

All worth it :D

But yeah its so simple and definately help anyone put the weight on.
