on a cheat day i like to make vanilla protein powder pancakes with real maple syrup lightly drizzled on top. although full of sugar, maple syrup does have some good health benefits. basically i make one large pancake for myself with the pancake mix one scoop of protein mix, i will also add a little bit of syrup to the batter.. sometime various berries... blueberries or strawberries and bananas etc.
also instead of making a protein shake with oats i will take a bowl full of oats, mix my vanilla shake so its quite thick add it to the bowl, add in some cinnamon and nutmeg. add in some coconut on top and microwave
in terms of just a drink i use just milk, powder and a bit of extra virgin olive oil. cant find coconut oil right now. mofos!!
