For those of you "afraid" of fats, or even those who intake them currently, fats are a necessary macro for many factors, one being the brain(clarity of thinking, etc.)
The brain is composed of 70% fat and thus relies upon dietary sources of essential fatty acids to create, maintain and repair damaged neurons.
One of the best fatty acids of course is DHA. GLA is also another great one, you can get it from evening primrose oil, borage oil or black currant seed oil.
