not flaming, but diet and cardio are two things i would take a closer look at

One of the biggest misconceptions in bodybuilding is the AS is somehow related to magic fat-loss properties; such an attribution is false. Although I have seen a handful of studies that show test to be somewhat thermogenic when combined w/ anti-e's, I doubt they were accurate enough to prove anything.

I would suggest a clean diet, maybe looking into a CKD or a balanced diet (40%p/30%c/30%f), and you can supplement w/ AS to keep down some catabolism and muscle loss usually attributed to dieting. Overall, a simple supplement like Clen can get the job done very well.

Remember, AS is not the Cake, the cake is you; AS is just the topping on the cake, like a icing, while you are the one that builds up the whole cake.

Thanks, I've done lots of cardio and dieting, at one time I was running 25 miles a week and weightlifting twice a week, but to no avail. Ive supplemented with ephedrine before but on occassion it made me nautious. By the way what is DNP.

the addition of yohimburn while taking ephedrine HAS FOR SOME eliminated the naseau you mentioned as well as enhanced A2 "stubborn fat".. ie love handles fat losses.

also NYC- which is often better tolerated is an option.
