What's up everyone! I just wanted to fill any of you in who are interested that I had an updated hydrostatic weighing and 10-site skinfold check. I won't bore you with any major details, but to make a long story short, I've been dieting for several weeks now, and it's only been 1 month since my last hydro weighing and skinfold measurement. I've lost several mm's in each of my sites for skinfolds, and I have lost over 7% fat from my previous underwater weighing. And as a side note, my bodyweight has only dropped by about 3-4 pounds since I started dieting. That means that I've gained between 8-9 pounds of fat free mass since I began my pre-contest diet..... NATURALLY. It just goes to show that with some hard work and effort, it IS possible to make some pretty significant gains without the use of AS. I will admit that I only started lifting hard around a year ago, so I'm still in my peak natural growing phase, but still...

2.5 more weeks till the big day!!!

Thanks to all of you! For anyone who's interested, my diet is as follow:

7:30AM
4 egg whites, 1 whole, scrambled with ground turkey mixed in
1 serving instant oatmeal w/ 1 packet sweet and low, dash of cinnamon, and half a serving of all fruit jelly

11 AM
1 chicken breast
1.5 cups steamed broccoli w/ dash of bacon bits


2 PM
protein shake:
1 packet sweetner
4 frozen strawberries
half a cup of oats


5 PM
chicken breast and broccoli or shake

Last meal
Lean meat of choice
1 cup salad w/:
1/2 serving fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
dash of bacon bits
redwine vinegar and sunflower oil dressing

Mon/Thurs:
Last meal: 1.5 cups oatmeal
10 oz sweet potato
4 oz banana
1 cup vegetables

I havn't had a chance to count the calories, I was going to do that later tonight tho. I have to find my calorie and content list.

And for a snack if needed, I have a rice cake with 1/2 serving natural PB.
 
Dooley, much props to you! It's great to hear of someone that is working towards their maximum potential before using AS. I have put in 4 years of hard lifting before my very first cycle and I finally feel like I'm ready... 6'3 @ 230, around 12% bf.

Dooley, when I go to the gym, I pretty much keep to myself! My gym has plenty of posers that would just love to distract you. I'm sure you can relate, because I can tell you are fairly hardcore just by looking at that diet!

As far as my first cycle, many may disagree, but I will be going with a light Fina/Winny cycle. Of course, trenbolone is considered a "veteran" drug, and Winstrol is also a fairly harsh 17-aa, but with my dosages, I shouldn't have a problem. For my expectations, the Fina/Winny combo couldn't be beat. Check it out:

Week 1-4 : Fina @ 37.5mg / day and Win Depot @ 25mg / day

--this may seem fairly low, especially the Winstrol, but it's human grade Zambon, and I've read many good things about it's potency, and I can always bump it up to 50mg / day if I don't get the expected results. I like to keep the dosages low and the frequency high on these two because of their somewhat short half-life... I don't mind the constant injections, I've got plenty of spots and I'm not needle shy! Also, I can alternate drinking/injecting the Winstrol, of course.

--If things aren't moving along fast enough, or I feel comfortable enough then I will proceed with

Week 5-8: Fina @ 75mg / day and Win Depot @ 50mg / day

This may sound confusing, however, I am going to start at a lower than usual dosages for my very first cycle and bump it up as I see fit. I'm going to rely more on a strict diet/training regimen to see the results rather than using the AS as a crutch.
Who knows? Maybe I'll respond great to the lower dosages then I'll kick it up for the last 4 weeks (that's the plan, anyway).

Lastly, I'll be supplementing and taking all necessary precautions to make this a (hopefully) flawless first cycle. It's been in the planning stages since last year when I first got a few pointers from Mustang_18 and Huck... I've been reading ever since. I've got Tylers Detox AND plenty of ALA (that's for you Fonz :) ), Nizoral 2% for the hair line, and tons of water :D. That, plus a clean diet, hard lifting, and a little cardio here and there, I'm hoping for the best. I'll be sure and keep everyone updated.

Awesome bro! I hope it works for you as well as it worked for me! And just so you all know, I got most of that diet from a buddy who is sponsored by Beverly International. They set up diets for peeps and he hooked me up with it. I tweaked it a little bit to fit my taste and needs. Feel free to use it!

Why the Fina in the cycle? What is its application?
Thinking of trying the same cycle as my first too.
