fatloss has come to a screeching HALT- any tips?

im doing a small cutting cycle with clen, t3 and 200-400mg of test enanth (just to keep my mood and sex drive up). i havent done any AAS for over two years and have only done two cycles then. my plan is to get rid of some bf before the end of this year so i can get back on march or april of next year with test and eq. i started my current diet on sep 2nd and have had good fat loss till a recently. i cycle my cals from 2300-2500 sun-mon and eat 3k on sat. im currently doing a keto and have been in ketosis for four weeks now (no carb up weekends). it seems like my body refuses to lose anymore fat though. im thinking its because i started to lower the dose from the t3. does anyone know what i can do to keep on losing bf? there shouldnt be any stop in fatloss if i dont do carbup days should there? should i up the t3 again or use dnp? i cant use eca or nyc because they make me too nauseous.

here are some before/after pics. i still have alot of fat on my lower abdomen that i want to get rid of.

Personally I wouldn't recommend taking DNP, that stuff scares the shit out of me (and I have some some research on it, it's not like I am just basing that on heresay). Did you try taking lower dosages of ECA and slowly building up? When I started taking ECA I felt like SHIT, then I cut the dosage in 1/2 and still felt crappy, then cut it in 1/4 and felt fine. Then I slowly built up.

I'm 34 (becoming an old fart). I have my worst fat problems on the love handles and lower abs. Makes me feel fat. Couple with that a family history toward diabetes (meaning fat storage there tends to be characteristic), and I'm having a hell of a time getting rid of it. I hate it. Makes me feel fat. Can see my six pack, but I still feel fat. Even when I got down to 8% BF, I still had some there and at the love handles that wouldn't go away.

Your problem is the lack of leptin and T4-T3 conversion cause by no-carbs (Ketosis especially). Because you are not having a carb-up to restore proper liver glycogen levels, you will not be able to achieve the same fat-loss as the previous weeks. My recommendation is to have a 2 day carb-up. First day, high-gi carbs, and second day low-gi carbs. BodyOpus type.

I assure you this will fix your problem.

P.S. DNP+Ketosis is a NO! NO!, for DNP needs carbs and w/ the low insulin response you might have a problem w/ low-blood sugar

That might be an idea in this way,
I'm a firm believer in Met-Rx -- after all it started the MRP industry for the most part. If you remember or are familiar with the theory: If your calories on a fat reducing regimen were to average 2000 per day (for example), you shouldn't take 2000 every day because your body adjusts its metabolism to maintain itself at 2000 calories per day. Instead, you should eat 1600 one day and 2400 the next. So, 1600-2400-1600-2400, etc. The average is still 2000/day but your body doesn't plateau its fat burning. Also, cardio on an empty stomach. Try the new non-eph thermogenics. same thing here diet wise, and i can't drop any more fat now. only difference is that i am on low carb (only after w/o and one other time a day both with lots of R-ALA)...but not keto.... i do a carb up type day around once every 7-10 days. only about 3 weeks left. so can't do much now. but no way i'm dropping cals below 2K!!!! i believe in the cheat/carb day though....it works. i started adding in more carbs now lately...and keeping cals the same. plus one cheat day a week or so. i'll see how that works.

No just pro bb'ers that have gyno surgery, calf implants, shoot synthol, etc :rolleyes:
