Fatigued all the time...

anyone else ever feel like this and attribute it to anything? I'm so god damn tired and unmotivated half the week. my sleep is terrible and i often oversleep.
You could say the oversleeping makes me tired, but if i get less sleep i feel just as tired at some point in the day.

even when i wake up early and go to the gym at 6:30, by 6:00pm at work i'm dead. 5:30-8pm = most important time in my business

should i go get bloodwork done? hormones maybe affecting (test, thryroid, etc?)

i'm way too young to be feeling like this.

i used to sleep in my car when i got home from work i was so tired.

no....haven't touched any juice in 3 years, which is partially why i look like complete shit right now, relatively speaking. 2 years of no lifting had more to do with that than anything.

funny thing is, when i did juice, i always had so much energy it was unreal.

get your test levels checked. I thought I was bad for this, but I am always fatiqued unless I am on ephedrine or some stimulant.

I plan on asking the doc about it next physical. Me so tired.

bout a buck 75.....relatively close to my previous "weight", but before i was 180, 5'8 and approx 10% bodyfat. I have a really small frame so i look weird if i'm any bigger (5' wrists)
now i'm 175, and probably 15-16%..and soft as shit...big difference.

i would start with trying to get some better sleep....herbs man....herbs.

was thikning the same thing.........i hope not. going on HRT this young would kind of suck, as much as i used to love the sauce.

i was taking adderrall and ritalin for awhile but it would get me too jittery and zombielike and when it wore off i'd CRASH bad. stimulants are the worst

what kind of herbs? if you mean weed it makes me groggy as fuck and when i smoke i end up being up and researching shit on the internet if i'm home

try some valerian man, and some melatonin (not an herb), it will help regulate your sleep cycle

i'm sure it plays a part(stress). i'm in one of the most high stress industries and my personal life has been too for the past couple of years, but as of late i've learned to deal with alot better and i'm working out again, so i'm not sure that's entirely the culprit.

i got issues
 
I was having the same problems with regulating my sleep a couple of weeks back, one of my really good friends gave me some melatonin told me to take it 4 nights in a row, then stop for a week and repeat.

It's really helped alot so far, it makes falling asleep alot easier.

Also now I frequently feel tired around the same time, which is a damn good thing.
 
I feel like that most of the time myself.
I recently went to dr and had blood work done and dr was suprise that everything (I'm assuming because of my age) was perfect. So that didn't help me. I was getting checked because of the fatigue and having so much trouble losing weight.

Do you snore or stop breathing in the night? OSA (obstructive sleep apnea) will make you feel like you haven't slept for shit.

Yeah, get a hormone panel but actually GET the results for yourself, even if the doctor says they're normal, post them up here if you don't know what you're looking at. What a GP will accept doesn't necessarily mean those are your optimum levels (he didn't recommend my husband go on anything, took the results to an endocrine doctor, he had all the labs re-run and put my husband on thyroid and test.)

When my husband's test. levels drop he's a dead man, he'll sleep 12+ hours and take a nap in the middle of the day. Eliminate the obvious first before you start ADDING shit. GP's are FAR to quick to prescribe antidepressants these days.

i always thought about that...i sleep on my stomach (probably the worst position possible), but i alway associated it with fat people. i have no idea if i snore or not...my previous girlfriends rarely mentioned it, so i don't think i do. it's kind of hard to just isolate or self diagnose

i'll get some bloodwork done...and if that doesn't work i guess i'll see a sleep specialist and have to run tests.

eh....unless i switch careers, but any career i'd have as an entrepeneur would probably be stressful, and i don't picture myself doing anything else. i tend to manage stress pretty well for the most part, at least now. i doubt it's the sole cause though.

I have been working out weights Mon-Friday along with 45mins to an hour of cardio..
incline at 15.00 and speed at about 3.5 also Mon-Fri

Bro, you should really try to get your business during the day instead of banging out calls all night. That shit will stress you out and you don't unwind untill later than you realize. I know it's the model yopu have set up for yourself, but it'll age you real quick like.
 
Are you takeing a multi vitamin everyday??

not sure how i can get that done.........all my shit is refi (whether telemarketed or direct mail..few referrals here and there). it was easier when i had a ton of junior lo's and telemarketers, since they did all the work and all i would do is sell, but my business capital took a huge dump a few months ago.

any suggestions on how to crack the purchase market? you mentioned the realtor's board of associations etc, but i haven't a clue how to pursue that.

i work on active files/applications during the day and marketing stuff and then try to hit the phone for a few hours when calling new leads (mostly ARMs that are adjusting in the 2-3 months).

Okay, WHILE I like alpha lipoic acid it's very important to point out the fact is, it CAN actually deplete critical vitamins/minerals. ALA is VERY powerful.

If you take ALA regularly and are feeling run down, the FIRST thing I would say to do is drop ALA ... actually, that's not right, the first thing I would really say to do is drop EVERY dietary supplement, except for a one a day multivitamin, and give it one week. See how you feel first, then start replacing supplements at the rate of one every three days or so.

this occured way before R-ala. i just started taking it a few months ago again. im going to get some bloodwork done this week hopefully through a lab and i'll post up results.

i know my sleep schedule has alot to do with it as well. i can never keep a sleep schedule for a whole week...tried melatonin, etc

appreciate all the replies so far. hopefully i can isolate the cause. i feel like im sleeping my life away or dragging through everyday
 
I have the same symptoms. Turns out I have depression/anxiety and I have started medication and counselling for it. If you are having trouble getting to sleep at night, try Lunesta. Honestly the best drug I've ever used. I'm suprised it isn't more common on steroid source lists.

ooooo valerian root is killer, especially for stress. its my relaxant of choice.

You just need to network and market yourself. Be where realtors are and build relationships.
