i am finally recovered from wrist surgery and a bad shoulder injury (mountain bike accident). i have become extremely lazy (i think partially depressed) because i could not lift or really even exercise for that matter. i started to drink a lot and believe i became addicted to the pain killers the doc gave me. (lortab and darvocet) basically my question is, should i get in moderate or good shape before considering any type of cycle? my stats right now are 5' 11'' 280 lbs. @ about 20-25% bf. i was in good shape prior to the accident. just under 250 lbs. i have since kicked the pain killers and the booze. i am able to lift now, but discouraged from the loss of muscle and amount of weight/fat gained. what should i do??

(this is what i feel like doing cardio!!) now, should i be taking otc supplements? possibly, something to help burn off the extra fat or something to help gain some muscle back? any thoughts??
