Fat Zone or Max HR Cardio?

Hey everyone,

I would like to know what you guys think to minimize muscle loss.
Im 22 and looking to target my fat and minimize muscle loss.

I want some of the bros here to give me a hand deciding what would be the best way to go with cardio in the mornings with no food.

HIIT, is the best way to lose bf% with out muscle loss. Just make sure you take some BCAA first thing in the morning before you do your cardio.

SO
1min walk, 1min run, 1min walk, 1 min run. Do that for 30-45 mins. You can also do a jog than run deal. I do 4mph walk, than 8-9mph run.

On lifting days I do it 5-10 mins before and after my work out.
 
definatley an interval routine of some sort. low intensity steady state cardio doesnt work for everyone as good as intervals will. i would try both.
 
70-85% of max HR
