Fat thighs

Hello,

I'm 40 and I always have had fat thigh (a little bit like women).

Last summer I ran 17kms/ day during 2 months. My global bodyfat decreased from 15% to 12% but I kept fat thighs.

It seems impossible to remove fat from my thighs.

May be it's due a hormonal problem? Couls anti-estrogen help me? If yes what kind?

Regards,

it is just most likely the area on your body that you tend to hold fat onto the most...
...you will probably get leaner in most other areas first, and your thighs will be the last to even just start to lose fat... it is a genetic thing... just keep dieting and doing what you need to lose fat in general, and eventualy you will start to lose from your thighs, it just may take a while...

I agree ,fat in that area is stubborn and the last to go ,no matter how hard you train, remember it took yrs to get this way so don't expect to fix it in a few months.

You may pm me for i have some shortcuts that may help

We really need to break this long slow cardio mentality everyone has around here its crap and counter productive to muscle gains. Id much rather just cut 300 cals from my diet than jog for an hour, it would be a lot better for my joints.

Long distance or any moderate heart rate cardio serves one purpose and thats to train for long distance moderate heart rate cardio. If your a strength athlete, bodybuilder or someone interested in actually losing fat ditch the long duration moderate cardio for EPOC inducing exercise.
